Shareish is run by a small team in Melbourne. We're early, and starting with families we know.
They go to Stripe, our payments partner. We never see or keep them.
To the child's parent, through Stripe, in one payout after gifting closes. We never hold it. We keep a small party fee and the guest's service fee.
Why we made this
Children come home from parties with things nobody asked for. Parents buy presents they are unsure about. Grandparents want to give something that lasts.
So we made an invitation that makes it easy to give something better. We haven't got everything right yet, so we are starting small and listening.
How we are paid
Guests who give pay a small service fee on top of the gift. The parent pays a party fee of $7 to $15, taken from the gifts, and nothing if no one gives. Both are shown first. Parents can also choose a 12-month pass, $40 for one card payment, to keep the gift link open all year. They are our only income. We don't sell information and we show no ads.
